This is an internal engineering result. It is not an independent certification, a universal reliability claim, or a guarantee for customer workflows.

## Reporting rule

A task is counted as completed only when its evaluation criteria are satisfied. Failures are grouped by cause and used to improve tool descriptions, validation, state transitions, retry boundaries, approval policies, and verification.

## Customer pilots

Each customer workflow requires its own representative test set, expected outcomes, permissions, approval rules, and success measures. Results should always state the sample, period, baseline, and calculation method.
