Last updated: 3/9/2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Dialogo ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. Description of Service

Dialogo is an AI-powered conversational platform that helps automate workflow processes across multiple applications and services.

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Infringe on intellectual property rights
  • Transmit harmful or malicious code
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Use the service for any illegal or harmful purposes

5. Custom Integrations and MCP Servers

Dialogo allows users to connect third-party applications and create custom Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers. When utilizing these features, you strictly agree:

  • No Arbitrary Code Execution: You may not create stido MCP servers that execute unauthorized shell commands (e.g., bash scripts) to attempt to exfiltrate data or access underlying host files.
  • No Server-Side Request Forgery (SSRF): You may not configure remote MCP servers to point to reserved IP addresses, internal private networks (e.g., 10.x.x.x, 192.168.x.x), localhost, or cloud provider metadata endpoints (e.g., 169.254.169.254).
  • Fair Usage and Rate Limits: You may not use automated scripts to repeatedly spam connection requests to marketplace apps, as this can exhaust shared API quotas and degrade service for other users.
  • Public Server Liability: If you mark a custom MCP server as "public," you are solely responsible for ensuring it does not expose sensitive data or vulnerabilities. We reserve the right to unpublish or delete any server without notice.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Dialogo and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

7. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs your use of the Service, to understand our practices.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms.

9. Disclaimer

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of the Service.

10. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Dialogo be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Service.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any changes by updating the "Last updated" date.
